THEMELI is the system Studio 321 in Tirana uses to build and run a client's digital presence.
The website is included in a communications management contract with a monthly fee and is not priced separately.

How we work
- A communications management contract with a monthly fee: website, maintenance and updates are included.
- A six-month plan, signed by the client.
- Each month the work is split into parts, and the client approves the monthly breakdown.
- A written report every week.
- The monthly breakdown is timestamped on Bitcoin when it is sent for approval, and weekly reports when the studio closes them. The client receives the certificate as a PDF. Checking the date requires the document in its timestamped form and its proof file, which the studio extracts and provides on request. It has no legal value.
