How we work with THEMELI
Work starts with a contract with a monthly fee and follows a six-month plan signed by the client. The rules on this page are in use. Where a part is still being built, the page says so.

The contract
A monthly fee for communications management. The website is included and is not priced separately.
What the fee includes
- Communications management and campaigns
- Communications strategy, editorial plan and advertising campaigns.
- Website
- Design, build and ongoing work on the website, in Albanian, English and Italian.
- Hosting
- The website runs on the studio's servers, which the studio manages together with the certificates.
- Maintenance
- Monitoring, fixes and routine work.
- Updates
- Updates to the system and its components are included in the fee.
- Monthly report
- Traffic, campaigns and results for the month, in a written document.
Price
The price is not published. The fee is based on the work needed, after a first meeting.
There is a minimum fee, and it is not lowered. Above the minimum, the scope of the work is adjusted to the budget.
Work outside the signed plan is quoted separately.
The rhythm of the work
Each step leaves a written document in the client's workspace.
-
A six-month plan, signed by the client
The plan is split by month. Items can be corrected while staying within the signed agreement.
-
Each month, the work split into parts
Each part has an assigned person, a deadline and a status: to do, in progress, done. The client approves the monthly breakdown.
-
Each week, a written report
Every Friday the report arrives by email, with the document attached.
-
Versions are never overwritten
Each change saves a new version. Earlier versions are kept.
-
A closed month cannot be changed
At the end of the month the work breakdown is closed and the platform rejects any further changes. Signing with double confirmation is built and not yet used.
Bitcoin timestamping
The monthly breakdown is timestamped on Bitcoin when it is sent for approval, and weekly reports when the studio closes them. An automatic check every hour completes pending timestamps. It uses OpenTimestamps, an open standard. It has no legal value.
The document's cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) leaves the studio's servers. The content stays on them. Inclusion in a Bitcoin block usually takes a few hours, sometimes more than a day.
What it proves
- That the document existed in exactly that form, no later than the date of the Bitcoin block.
- That the document has not changed since. A change of even one character makes the check fail.
What it does not prove
- That the content is true or correct.
- Who wrote the document or who approved it.
- That the document can no longer be changed.
- Legal value: there is no qualified electronic seal.
How to check it
The client receives a PDF certificate with the document's fingerprint. Checking the date requires the document in its timestamped form and its proof file, with the .ots extension, which the studio extracts and provides on request. The check does not go through the studio's servers.
Open the public OpenTimestamps tool at opentimestamps.org.
Load the .ots file and the document in its timestamped form, as received from the studio. The fingerprint is calculated in your browser, so the document is not sent.
The tool shows the Bitcoin attestation, with the block and the date.
If the file you load differs from the timestamped document, even by one character, the fingerprint does not match and the check fails. This also applies to the PDF certificate, which is a different file.
Who decides
The rule is written down: artificial intelligence proposes, a person approves.
- Artificial intelligence
- Writes the first draft of plans and reports from the recorded work. Translates the changed parts into the three languages.
- The studio
- Reviews, corrects and publishes. The client sees a report only after it is published.
- The client
- Approves the six-month plan and each monthly breakdown. A switch in each person's profile sets who may approve.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
The THEMELI standard sets out several levels of website, from the simplest to the most comprehensive. It has not yet been applied to a client's website.
Who it is for
- Local businesses
- Up to about 50 products or services: beauty salons, artisans, professional practices, restaurants, personal services. They are paid in cash or against a quote.
- Portals
- Websites that use external data, with advanced search and private areas for users.
- Online shops
- The most comprehensive level. The link to online payments is being built.
- WordPress and Joomla websites to rebuild
- The method is written. The tool is being built.
Who it is not for
- Anyone who wants only a website, at the lowest price
- The website is made only within the communications management contract.
- Anyone who wants to build pages alone, without constraints
- The builder, once ready, will use only the studio's blocks, because the standard requires it.
- Anyone looking for a marketplace with several sellers
- This kind of website is outside the scope of THEMELI.
