SQENIT

The technical standard for THEMELI sites, with measurable thresholds.

The standard was written on 16/07/2026. It sets four thresholds and the rules for building pages. This page applies it to itself.

The four thresholds

In the standard they are acceptance criteria for a site.

Metric Threshold This page
Largest content displayed (LCP), on a mobile network The time before the largest text or image on the page appears, on a phone over a 4G network. under 1.8 s awaiting first measurement
Layout shift while loading (CLS) How much text and images move while the page loads; at a value of 0 nothing moves. under 0.05 awaiting first measurement
Response to a tap or click (INP) The time between a tap or click and the page's visible response. under 200 ms awaiting first measurement
Weight of the first page The data the browser downloads to open the first page, compressed as it travels over the network; the main image is not counted. under 200 KB 71 KB

This page's weight includes HTML, fonts and images, and is measured at every build of the site. The other three metrics are taken in a browser that opens the page and are awaiting the first measurement.

The build rules

Each one can be checked in this site's code, on GitHub.

From the THEMELI site standard

Pages written before they reach the browser
The text is already inside the page when it reaches the browser. This site writes every page once, at build time.
Three languages, each at its own address
The standard provides for Albanian, English and Italian. Here each language has its own addresses, with a translated title and description for search engines. A sentence without a translation stops the build.
Fonts hosted with the site
The font files come from the same address as the pages. The browser does not request them from outside services.
Structured data in schema.org
Every page describes Studio 321, the THEMELI brand, the website and the page itself in schema.org, a format search engines read directly.

Added for this site

No visitor tracking
The pages load nothing from other domains and use no cookies. The browser keeps a single item: the language chosen by hand.
Weight checked at every build
At build time every page is weighed. If a page goes over 200 KB, the build stops with an error.

What is measured today

The standard is written. It has not yet been measured on a client site.

This site is the first to measure it on itself. Today it measures its weight; the other three metrics are added with the first measurement in a browser. The version and date of the measurement are at the foot of every page.

The code that builds and weighs these pages is on GitHub.

How to check it

The code shows how every page is built and weighed.

The status page lists every module with the date it was last checked.
